Every month, the UAC, encourages team members to track all of the intake calories; consume less than their chosen calorie limit; and exercise daily for at least 20 minutes of intentional activity.

That means the UAC is an accountability group for both those who want to lose weight and those who want to maintain the weight they have lost.

It's a great group of people and of course, the membership varies from month to month. If you are looking for accountability friends, the UAC is a great choice.

Daily sign ins are strongly encouraged and 3 Pass days are allowed per month. Those who succeed are victoriously congratulated by announcing them as members of our Winner's Circle!

Here is the December link http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/123745-ultimate-accountability-challenge-december-2017

I believe this is the best challenge on MyFitnessPal and is starting again on November 1.

Join the group and introduce yourself in the introductions thread (http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10617237/introductions#latest).

Even though UAC is not solely focused on weight loss, It got me to attain my goal weight in 3 months losing over 30 lbs. With UAC, I have successfully maintained this ideal weight for over 2 months now.

UAC is focused on consistency.
Both scale and non-scale victories celebrated.
Fantastic group of participants that help each other daily.

If you want to see how it runs, have a look at November - http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/123363-ultimate-accountability-challenge-november-2017

How much better would your results be with daily focus?

Think you can keep consistent for a month?

I love this group it's all about cheering one another on but also being there for each other should the unexpected happen.

I love a challenge, and I hate to lose. There's nothing like competing with one's self to get healthy. If you have not been logging your meals consistently, staying within your calorie range or exercising daily, you need to join this challenge.

Happy to be here! I know logging works, but I have troubles sticking to it. I recently lost 25 pounds changing my diet to low carb, low sugar. However, I have been slipping and see the scale is going the WRONG way! Here’s to getting back on track and healthy!

November was the first month I joined any challengers, and to be honest I wasn't sure what the benefit would be. This group has been great! I have always been a bit of a self-starter and as an introvert, not overly into sharing, So I was half expecting to drop out after a week or so - not the case at all. Everyone has been very supportive and encouraging, but not pushy and overwhelming. I am not at all competitive, but was surprised by how much of a "spur" it has been to exercise (my Archilles' heel (in a symbolic not physical sense)) knowing I'm coming on here to report in. It's quickly become an evening ritual - chamomile tea, last walk for the dogs, update UAC. Plus there are lovely scenic photos!

This is a great group for keeping you accountable. Take a look at the rules. I'm surprised how well I've done so far in Nov, especially in the excercise part. Also it has made me much more focused on keeping those calories in check hence eating healthy. Why not give it a try, what's to lose but weight.

Hi guys, I am sorry but I have to step away from this challenge for this month. I will try to still do everything I'm supposed to do but I was trying to do more than what I can with my hectic schedule and it is getting too hard. I will come back next month when I can be committed 100%! Thanks and good luck to everyone.
