    Tilt your head down a bit so your spine is neutral. You don't want to be looking straight, you want to be looking at the floor about 10 feet away from you

    push your upper back into the bar to lead yourself up, and that should help with resetting your head too. kind of like getting down on the floor with your back to a refrigerator and shoving it along with your legs.

    it's great when squats work. i'm one of the people who have tons of trouble with them, so i really appreciate those little windows where i 'get' why people love them so much.

    It is a very difficult movement but if mastered it is unbeatable. It springs overall body growth.
