So... I felt like baking today, and I did... Then I ate my creation for lunch.
This is actually pretty low cal if you can manage to only eat one portion. The recipe makes 16 portions and some left to lick from the bowl, (cause omg it's way yummy) each portion is around 150 calories.
Now, I'm Swedish so I use grams and milli/centi/deci-litres for my baking. Just a heads up...
Here's the recipe:
250 grams / 2.5 dl Sugar
2 Eggs
90 grams / 1.5 dl Wheat Flour
30 grams / 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 grams / 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
30 grams / 2 tbsp Vanilla Sugar (There are lots of info on substitutes on google, apparently it's hard to find outside europe)
3 grams / 1/2 tsp Salt
100 grams Butter (It dosen't really matter if it's salted or not)
16 muffin cups (Those paper things you make muffins in. Google translate says that's right word, please tell me if there's better one.)
2 Bowls
Electric whisk
Pot to melt butter in (Or anything you wanna use to melt it really...)
Beat the eggs and sugar until it's nice and fluffy.
Melt the butter and mix everything else together in a separate bowl.
Mix everything together.
Put the batter in the muffin cups. Around 36 grams per cup if you're as pedantic as me...
Bake at 175°C (347°F according to google) for 10-15 minutes, less or more depending on how gooey or chewy/sticky you want them.
Eat warm or wait for them to cool. Imo they're awesome if you keep them in the fridge.
[Edit]: I only called it chocolate mud cake cause wikipedia said that's what it's called in english... But then I googled it and the pics don't really look anything like kladdkaka... Kladdkaka is way flatter... And kinda sunken in. So like, if you try the recipe, it's supposed to look like that.
[Edit2]: I found out how to post pictures! I think... Testing!
Hey! It worked! Also, the muffin cups I used are like, half the hight of normal ones, I think they're supposed to be for buns or something.

From my experience google translate is pretty good at translating words... It's when you want to translate sentences that it goes wonky.0
