anyone try these before? i tried one tonight...like it...but just felt different with how slow u workout. anyways i dont know how to record the exercise..what exactly do i call it? thanks

Alot of people use this...I am not one of those...as far as logging it.......Do you have a heart monitor?....It really helps with tracking calories......if you have one you can name it whatever you want and input your calories0

Going slow when lifting weights is key to ChaLean Extreme. If you're just slinging weights around quickly, you're not really working the muscle, which is the point. Also, make sure you're lifting heavy enough to really fail at between reps 10-12 in the first month.
And don't worry...it's not slow in Burn it Off or Burn Intervals!0
