Looking for exercise suggestions

I need exercises that I can do that will only focus on my back and belly. My arms and legs are "normal" size and I have a large mid section. I find that when I jog or walk or run, I immediately lose weight from my legs and look like an egg in stilts. I need something that is going to focus on the midsection with little to no equipment. I have an exercise ball and 2 2lb weights, but that is it. Please suggest! (Youtube videos would be best!) Thanks!!

    You can’t spot reduce. As you lose weight, the fat will come off from where it wants to. And most often the places you want to lose from the most are the last to go.

    The weight comes off your legs first...but you keep going and eventually extra weight will come off other parts. I lost first off my chest, but eventually my thighs and waist slimmed down too. Find exercises you enjoy and can stick to. Preferably a mix of cardio and strength training.

    But, it helps to build up some upper body. I recommend swimming.
