Wanna loose belly fat too

It's been 10months since I started my journey. I've hit plateau for the past 6months. Kinda sick of it. What can I do to loose more. I was 75kgs, lost 10kgs...gained 2kgs back n now I need to loose 7kgs more. Pls help on d wrkout or diet front.

Put your stats into MFP and eat that much, not more and not less (within a reasonable range).

Diet: tighten up your logging. If you haven't been logging or don't do it regularly, start now. If you have been logging without losing, then you may need to do the following: make sure everything that enters your mouth is logged, weigh all solids on a food scale and use measuring cups/spoons for all liquids, double-check that the entries you use are correct according to the nutrition label on the item or the USDA database, utilize the recipe builder over any "homemade" or "generic" database entries, and be mindful of how many calories you have burned through exercise and can eat back.
