Who starts a new way of life between Thanksgiving and New Years. Me!
I've done this before, but this time I want to be successful. I want to lose 20 pounds first and then I'll consider another 20-40. BMI says I should I lose 60 but that seems a bit daunting right now.
I am meal planning and excercise planning today for the next week. Today I will begin by setting a goal of 10,000 steps.
Here I go!

It's okay to set your goals small. I had to lose 60 too but now I am a smidge to needing to lose 50.
I can mentally manage 10lbs at a time.
It took every ounce of courage just to weigh myself and I knew it was time to face this challenge head on!
You can do it cause remember.....IT'S FOR LIFE!0 -
