I'm new here. Looking to lose about 15-20lbs. I am 5'4", F, 32, and currently 135lbs. I am looking for friends since no one in my personal life is actively trying to lose weight. I have herniated discs in my lower back that make my love of running a sometimes "on and off" hobby. I went from 118 pounds in June 2017 to 135 today because I had to completely stop running and my eating didn't change. Mathematically, I ate about 60,000 calories more than what I burned since then. That comes out to about 400 per day which is what I would have burned running 30-35 MPW with a few biking and swimming sessions thrown in when not in the mood to run. I have always used the FitBit side of calorie tracking to maintain, but figured I would give MFP a shot when it came to losing. I am not a so-called "healthy or clean" eater, I just always ate within my caloric zone and maintained my weight of 117-120 which was perfect for me. While maintaining, I ate around 50C/35F/15P and that combination fueled my lifestyle beautifully. I also travel extensively for work so eating out in sometimes an absolute necessity, especially when traveling overseas.
