Really lost track this weekend with moving

I burned tons of calories and the only thing I did right was eat a lot of protein and, I guess, enough water. I couldn't do that every day. I am beat up and stressed. I like the 5-6 meals a day and light exercise for me. I want to be toned and a good weight for my size. I really felt I almost overdid the moving thing. I had help but some of you know how hard it is to delegate, plus, when everyone is coming up and asking you what to load next. I wouldn't want to be a boss, of anything!!! LOL!!
