Starting a program like TDS or something the like

Hi everyone! I'm kind of new here and still learning the message boards, questions and such. I'm almost at a month starting back up on my goals. I have a personal trainer that has been helping alot. Now that I'm starting to feel a little more energetic to try a plan like 30day shred but also go to the gym 3 days per week and do lifting with the trainer and about 30-45 min of cardio. So I don't want to not be able to continue that regimine. Any suggestions of not killing myself in the process and doing the right thing? What have you done/suggest. I would like to increase that now with something. Although I have told myself this is not a sprint to to the finish, I would like to make sure I'm keeping myself challenged. And not cause burnout.
