Back at it again.

Hello everyone. My name is Heather and I currently live in Columbia SC. I was living overseas in Korea where I lost over 100lbs. But last year something very stressful happened and I just stopped caring. I am now up to 220lbs again. And I just can’t not care anymore. So here I am. Wish me luck!

    I feel you! I'm back at it myself. Stay positive and you can do anything! Kill those negative thoughts and keep moving forward :)

    Same here: 3 years ago I went from 250 to 166 pounds and now I'm back at 222 lbs as of this morning after a few stressful years a poor self control. Let's do this!
