MFP Defaulted me to C-50 F-30 P-20. Close enough?
I am 55, 197, goal of 184, started at 203 on Oct 30th. Walk for aerobic exercise daily, basic weight lifting routine every other day. Active lifestyle (sales for work, don't sit or lay around much).

Do you feel satisfied with those numbers? Are you getting in enough protein?1

Honestly I have not paid attention to it but I now have 25 says of solid data inputted to look at my over and under. My main focus so far has been to get used to healthy foods again (with the exception of Thanksgiving and 2 dinner party meals where I felt obligated to eat what was served only to be astonished the next morning at the calories that I had consumed. But that's cool because those days allow me to see how many days it takes to recover.
So to answer your question I feel satisfied since I eat a lot of chicken and fish but I now need to see if I am satisfied with the logging results. Physically I feel really good, especially at reducing my goal to 0.01 pound to 1 pound loss per week. I think starting this time with a long term perspective and goal has really helped my energy level, along with a consistent walking and lifting routine (so far).
That was a longwinded answer to "not sure" and "not sure". lol.0
