10lbs more of Lee - back to tracking with MFP

I tracked every day for a year. Lost 80lbs....most of that in the first 8 months. Got tired of tracking so I stopped. I set 10lbs as the "if I gain 10 lbs I'll start tracking again". 3 months later, 10lbs heavier I started tracking again.

Thank goodness for MFP.

Down 6lbs the first week back on track!

    Good for you on losing the weight and getting back on MFP while it's still a small gain. (:

    Thanks. I wish i had set the bar at 5lbs :) I was --supposed-- to just go all in with the "no sugars, no grains", but I ended up bringing regular snacking on chips back into my life. MFP helps keep me in tough and mindful of what I'm eating.
