Equestrian looking to lose

I'm a 24 year old woman who's looking to lose pretty close to 100lbs. I'm tired of the yo-yo and tired of looking fat.
Currently I'm at the gym 5x's a week for at least 45 minutes of solid working out between cardio and strength training. I don't have a set goal time frame because at the moment I'm just celebrating each loss.
My husband and I have a small 5 acre farm with 3 horses, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 1 goat and 23 chickens. So needless to say between a full time job, going to school at night and our farm I stay quite busy!
The biggest reason I want to lose is for my horses. I want to barrel race again and do all the stuff I used to do besides just trail riding. That means getting fit for real!
