My younger brother got me started, this time, and so I have been at it for two days. I have just been posting what I usually eat and am still well under my allotments except for sugar which is mostly fruit. What I really need to do is get more mobile. So far I have completed one of the three 30 min exercise times I agreed to when I joined. Let's see what happens!
