Vegetarian/Vegan recipes

Does anyone have any easy, low carb, high protein vegetarian recipes? Trying to lose weight has been near impossible for me lately, desperate to try anything!

If you are mostly concerned about protein, eat fewer fruits so you can fit in the protein.
Protein is contained in leafy veggies like kale and broccoli rabe. Also spinach, romaine, broccoli, squash, . .
Eat black beans, lentils, pinto beans, chic peas, edamame, tofu and other soy products.

Also a Vegetarian a Group here in the Communitity.
