Exercise:- Leslie sansone's3 mile walk
2tbsp safi
1cup lemon water
10 floors climbed
Calorie intake:- 1600

    So today's day1 . I did Leslie sansones 2 miles for 30 minutes. It was sweaty but a good workout. Enjoyed a lot.
