As a 56-year old Dad and husband, I am about 50 lbs. overweight. I've got Myasthenia Gravis, a neuromuscular disorder, that has forced me to make lifestyle changes. Help?!!!

I have MG, too. I’ll send you a friend request.

How does your MG affect you? Do you have any specific questions?

I’m on prednisone for the MG, which makes it a bit harder to manage weight loss but can be done. And if your MG isn’t stable, you need to clear exercise with your neuro. For me, I’m not able to exercise beyond a bit of walking right now, so I’m focusing on my nutrition and calorie intake to lose weight.

    You can do this!
