Should I eat something more now?!

Quick question! It's 9:30pm here in the UK and I have just finished a workout, got about 150 cals left from the goal I set myself without adding exercise in, should I eat something else now?!

Was thinking I could have one scrambled egg on toast to get some more protein or should I just go to bed?!

I know I sound like such a child but I am new to this :)

    I get that, I'm neither hungry nor full but I don't want to eat below my BMR therefore not get anywhere with my efforts!
