Anybody ever feel that if they wake up in a bad mood the whole day just seems to be bad ? You slack and have no motivation but when you wake up in a good mood you want to excerice and eat healthy. I think waking up and surrounding yourself in positivity is a very big key to keeping the mind strong ! Hope this helps somebody
