Thanksgiving Break Weight Loss Stall

I was truly good this break and worked out everyday! Since I resumed using MFP and journaling my diet, I continue to be astounded at how many calories I was eating before.
Even with consistent exercise, my weight loss stalled and even fluctuated after the big feast. I am back to my starting weight before the holiday break and I can't help but to feel slightly discouraged after all the hard work I've put in.
Ok, ok, I indulged a little and the quick add Thanksgiving Meals don't help with the guilt.

I would say most people experienced this due to increased calories/carbs/sodium/etc. The important thing is to not let it continue into several days, and you didn't. Good job! Fluctuations are going to occur regardless.
This is an excellent thread to keep in mind going into the December holidays: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10303793/who-gained-weight-during-the-holidays-i-have-a-solution1 -
Think about how hard you’ve worked before you indulge?0

lorrpb, thanks! Yes I continue to be pretty strict and stay around the 1200 intake mark, but I didn't want to be that person on Thanksgiving (nothing wrong with being healthy of course!).0
