I'm in maintenance and although I recognize that I'll have to always log, I've grown so tired of it! I do short (30 minutes or less, 5x weekly) exercise routines and am meticulous but I had to take a week off because I hurt myself dancing barefoot drunk for three hours to Just Dance last week (don't judge). Now that I'm all better, I felt like pfft, I don't want to work out, I don't FEEL like logging (I barely logged last week but didn't gain). I was really feeling ugh about the tediousness of it all. Then, today, I was deleting a bunch of old photos on my phone and found one from last weekend and one I took last November at the start of my journey. I collaged them and it really rekindled the fire. So, if you're feeling worn out and tired from all of it, take a few days off. Then, compare photos from where you started to where you are now and remember, in that first photo, you were dying to be where you are now. Don't give up!

If you've got to hurt yourself, that's a pretty awesome way to do it. Glad you found your motivation again!1
