I absolutely can not allow onions to come into my house. They are disgusting, smelly, and they make me cry. They are quite possibly the nastiest food ever.

Wait, that wasn't the implied question, was it? I don't deny myself anything that I actually do like to eat, cause that leads to binging. :flowerforyou:

I make sure I buy OH "treats" that I am not keen on so I am not tempted.

I also don't buy crisps, they are my downfall

Double-stuffed Oreos. Oh my gosh, I can't control myself around them. 1 serving is 2 cookies. WHO EATS 2 COOKIES?!

Definitely peanut butter, regular butter and margarine, the moment I buy a jar = I eat a jar. I had the worst over the limit days when buying peanut butter. I actually bought it late at night when I already exceeded my calorie limit and, silly me thought I would have it for breakfast but ate the entire 200 g jar the moment I got home. Also it is bad to have boxes of ice cream but I can manage to resist. The same goes with butter and margarine...also I eat I with bread obviously so imgine the calories I go over on those days. Literally by 2000.

    Mushrooms, because I hate them..

Nutella, because it is evil and I have no self control, even when it is locked away in the food cupboard I can hear it whispering my name, then I grab the jar, a spoon and demolish that mother funker.
Thanks!!! I'm now hunting down the nutella and saltines!!!! LOL

I have an 'issue' with Licorice Allsorts. I measure out a reasonable portion, then another, then another... I sent the second half of the last box I bought to a friend in the US

Cadbury's is similar but I tend to eat 4-6 Cadbury's Creme eggs in onesitting each year, and then I can old with one at a time :blushing:

Chips (especially Doritos), candy & cashews. One serving of these 3 things is not enough!

Any snacks that are not preportioned...I have an issue with what a real portion size looks like. If I have a single serving of ice cream already portioned in a cup I'm fine-if left to my own devices to scoop it from a container well the portion becomes quickly inflated. Same with chips, popcorn, or anything in a bag. I buy it and weight it on the food scale before putting it into bags now. Not only for me but for my kids as well.

I have TONS of stuff in the house, even soda. But if I really want it, I eat it, then work it off and thats that.

Pretty much anything and everything. Cheese, peanut butter, snack bars, bread, cereal, ice cream, milk...

The only things that are safe are things that take effort to prepare like eggs and chicken.

haha! That is so true. Hubby goes for the quick fixes and I have to make the options that are healthier. smh.
  • It has too be potato chips, That is my down fall!
