Had to buy smaller clothes

Haven't had to buy smaller clothes in years. Usually it's the other way around. Darker jeans are new. Lighter color are from last year.

Congratulations... that is always a great feeling! I made it a point to shop in the thrift stores as I made my way down through multiple sizes. It kept me motivated to keep on going without spending a fortune on new wardrobe which I hoped would continue to progress to smaller sizes.

Fun isn't it! I wear yoga pants bottoms with long tunic tops. Ballet flats. I wear black 98% of the time. Saves money, saves time. I accessorize with good makeup lip color, scarves, and simple but tasteful earrings. And my hair is always on point.

The best problem! I kept one "before" outfit for comparison later one. It's one of my biggest motivators in maintenance!
