Search youtube for bodyweight workouts, that's my go to for most workouts
I really like Jessica Smith TV, she has such a wide range of workouts, also Fitness Blender - both are available on youtube.

Check out musclandstrength.com, also. Good free info on using dumbbells at home.

startbodyweight.com has a basic program that is a good start for calisthenics/bodyweight exercising. It also has a bunch of different progressions shown for each exercise. There's no cost; it's free on the website.

If you do not want to invest in weights, you could also consider getting a resistance band as a cheap and convenient alternative. I am currently doing the P90X3 series and they offer band modifications for all of the exercises.
