TFL and squats

Hey All, I’m new here and just started lifting about a month ago. Well let me say I took about fifteen years off

    Ugh. Sorry it looks like my original post was cut off.
    I was trying to say that I have been lifting for about a month and started strong lifts 5x5 last week though I have been squatting for a month. Anyway, just yesterday I started having TFL pain in my left side. Any advice on dealing with that? I have read a bit about it but specifically wondering if any lifters out there have some tips? Thanks so much!
