I second the almonds! Or any type of nuts really! :) If you can refrigerate at home, carrots will last unrefrigerated through the day, same with celery sticks! :)

The tuna snack packs come to mind. I also like to keep clementines in my laptop bag (don't forget them in there - lol) Most fruits work well. Nuts are also awesome for snacks.

any types of nuts, some dried fruit ( watch out for sugar) bananas w/ peanut butter, apples w/peanut butter, (or almond butter) crackers w/ cheese or crackers w/ peanut butter. especially PB2, since it's a powder, and all you do is add water to desired consistency. Hope this helps!!
  • My all time favorite is air popped popcorn, no frig needed and can eat anytime anywhere

Yes!! Love those! Or the preztel variety. And really, a normal sized pack is under 200 cal, so why not?

They have these chocolate flavored ones that I recently found that are yummy.
Otherwise I would be repeating what all the other posters said abut fruit, nuts, etc.

I love cereal. Frosted mini wheats, cracklin' oat bran, cheerios, or any kind that's good to eat without milk!
