Supplements?

I'm just thinking whether it's okay to take BCAA powder daily (even if I don't workout for the day)? Would it have negative effect in any way? My daily food intake is pretty inconsistent (sometimes just bread, sometimes just meat, hardly eat greens).
So it'll be like:
- 1 serving BCAA daily (non-workout days)
- 1 serving BCAA pre-workout + 1 serving whey powder post-workout.
Thoughts?

BCAAs have, at best, a mixed review right now. While they probably won't *hurt* you, there's more and more information coming out that they might not *help* you either.
What are you hoping they will do for you? I only ask because I wonder if there is something else/better you could take. Perhaps caffeine if you need a boost pre-workout, and whey if you want the protein?0 -
If you want to, it won't hurt. Based on your way of eating (which seriously needs improvement and that's where you should focus your energy), it may help.1

Definitely work on eating habits. Seems like you already know what to do to improve them.0

If you eat enough protein you don't need BCAAs. I bought into them when I was new and after learning more about them they really are unnecessary if you consume adequate protein.0

A waste of money. Don't feel bad, we all get suckered into buying this junk at some point.

Always good to research supplements before buying them, I thought this was a good article on BCAAs; http://www.whatsups.co.uk/blog/what-are-bcaas-and-why-do-we-need-them/
I noticed you've posted a couple different links from this website. Is it your website?1 -

It's not going to hurt to take them. However unless you have a competition level physique with a diet that is 100% on point it's not going to make a difference. It would be much more beneficial to tweak your diet. Greens are very important as well. Are you at least taking a good quality multivitamin?0 -
Here’s a good question.
Why are you taking them? And why don’t you focus on a consistent balanced diet before even looking at supplements?0
