Can i still lose weight on a like 200 calorie defecit ?? Does it have to be a massive defecit? Im not particularly large as you can see my abs just trying to get them to bemore defined ?
You can lose weight on a deficit of 2 calories. It'll be slow, but it'll be easy to stick with. For most people who aren't huge, 250 calories a day is a good, balanced rate.1 -
