269 pounds here age 39, the app defaults to almost 2500 calories a day, but I can’t seem to loose weight quick enough, anyone else have gone through this, any suggestions? Staying phisically active, workout at least 3 times a day.
Thanks

What do you mean by "lose weight quick enough"?

How much are you losing? How quickly do you want to lose?

How long have you been with this calorie deficit? Are you logging everything you consume? How much have you lost? Why are you working out 3 times a day and for how long?

I know you’ve got a lot to lose and that it’s easy to become impatient, but even so, there’s something to be said for finding a balance between losing weight and staying healthy, not to mention staying sane. 2500 calories sounds perfectly reasonable at your weight, and you really do need to fuel those workouts or you’re likely to burn out.

My husband lost 60lbs in about 6 months eating approximately 2500 calories a day and working out not at all. He started around 300, and is sitting in the 240-245 range now.

We need more info. Specifically, what are your expectations of how fast you should lose? How much have you lost in how long? 1% of your body weight a week is regarded as a safe rate of loss.
