Hey all. I’ll be turning the big 3-0 on the 21st of December. I have no clue how to celebrate, but since 30 is kind of a big deal for me & I haven’t celebrated my birthday in years, I wanted to do something special with my friends. Problem is my friends are low on funds...which kinda throws most of the things I wanted to do off the list

Depends on what part of the country you're in, and what a reasonable budget might be. There's tons of low cost ways to have fun, if you get creative.
