Need Friends For Motivation!

Been going for about 2 months again and most my old friends are not on here anymore, SO I wanted to get new one so we can keep each other motivated and knocking down these goals!

Hello I'm new to the app and have been doing well keeping track but need support I have a long journey ahead of me I'd like to loose 100 lbs my goal is 7 lbs a month but not working out yet my job is very psycian and I tend to build muscle quick so I'm going to work on my abs that's my worst area.3

snap. just added this back on my phone on day 1 of return to diet. I had no Fitness Pal friends last time and gave up after a week so add me / i will add you. Aim - less food, less drink, more exercise (around my kids) = hopefully net result of losing 28 pounds3

I am trying to reduce sugar intake. MFP really keeps me accountable. It's a nice day, so going for a walk at lunch.
