Help!! I am trying to figure out what type of cardio I can do

Hi I am trying to figure out what type of cardio I can do as a starting point for me as I have a severe open wound on my leg and have difficulty walking. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Seated lifts perhaps.

    I want to help you, but you're in the territory where you really need to talk to a trainer, physical therapist, and/or physician. Much will depend on the precise nature and location of the wound. Please do that and good luck.

    Ask your doctor. Maybe a stationary bike? If you're trying to lose fat, that doesn't require cardio, only a calorie reduction. :+1:

    Look up seated (or chair) workouts on YouTube......this will give you some ideas.
