    So now I'm considering the difference between calzone and panzerottis....

    A hot dog is just a hot dog. Like a slice of pizza is just a pizza. A taco TO ME would be soft or hard shells. All my thoughts so if you wanna tell me I'm wrong don't waste your time lol

    Absurd, maybe. But a fact is a fact. Both can be food made of flour, water, and yeast or another leavening agent, mixed together and baked, eaten hot or cold, typically with a savory filling.

    I believe pierogies are a type of dumpling, although, they could also be calzones.

    Also I don't see a difference with calzone and panzerottis.

    I think a hotdog is a sandwich if you put it in a bun, but it's a taco if you put it in a taco. Whereas if you put it in a stick of celary, that's just weird.

    Is a Hot Dog a taco or a sandwich? Let's discuss.

    @lstrat115

    This question had JUST stopped haunting me and you just HAD to bring it back. Thanks Pal.

    It hasn't been answered yet. I feel like if anyone can answer it it's all of us here.

    I guess technically a hot dog is neither. It's a processed tube of lips and *kitten* that people tend to put inside an oblong piece of bread with different toppings.

    Useless info: Where I live, hot dogs are topped a certain way that people in other states have never heard of.

    That made me gag :tired_face:
