Reaching your goal doesn't mean you're finished.

Lost 160 pounds. Did it all the wrong way. Hated how I looked. (Lose saggy skin sucks.) Found a great way to do things right. Competed in figure competitions to transform my shape and learn how to eat healthy. Became a trainer. Then...
Got burned out. Giving comes back around. But it also leaves your battery empty sometimes. People tend to put you on pedestals. It's a heavy load to carry people around sometimes and try to be what they want you to be when in reality, we are all the same...stage or not. In shape or not. Fat, skinny, whatever...
I've kept my weight off and have had to step away from a strict lifestyle for awhile. I was injured by a doctor (kidneys and ureter) and now I'm just here maintaining and always setting new goals.
Thought I would stop in and say, "Hi."
Not sure I will stay here but it's nice to see people who are willing to learn. I'm always learning by reading people's stories. Been there...Done that. <3 /Mo
