    If you mean without surgery or anything yes it was all weight loss and building muscle

    Thank you but I definitely still have more to lose. I have quite a bit of fat in my thighs and some still in my tummy. My goal weight is 130 and I think that'll be where I feel most comfortable :)

    Amazing transformation!
    Personally, I've always believed it's possible to harness calories from stored body fat to enable muscle growth provided we still get all the necessary nutrients and protein through a clean and restrictive eating regime.

    Thank you :p and yes in my experience you can build muscle even in a large calorie deficit if you have excess fat and a large amount of your calories come from protein and you're using the muscles a lot with strength training/resistance training/ weights
