My 200---140 lb transformation

Hey, i'm ritch - was overweight for years, 24 now, lost weight a couple of times but always gained it back due to falling back into old habits, started lifting heavy weights and tracking my calories and macros, lifting weights took over my life and I'm the lowest bodyfat i've ever been now, now it's time for me to gain some weight forr about 10 months then cut back down again.. joy :D

    Usually get veet and then after i've done that just stand with a razer in a shower.. takes a while, lol.

    Biggest change?

    In myself: confidence has risen a lot - not that it was ever a huge problem but it did increase, a lot

    in others: i get a lot more attention from people
