On a scale of 1-10 how much unsolicited advise do you give at the gym?

I think the correct retort is "this one goes to 11"

    1. I m not a trainer yet.
    2. I m not selling anything .
    3. I don t try to attract clients.
    4. I’ve already started the ACE courses.
    5. I think 11 is too low, because I give advices to the people in the gym, the employees from the gym, the people in the parking lot and to the people from the wallmart close by.
    6. Don t make conversation just for the sake of it in other people’s posts.
    7. I m 40 years old ,I m not on any diet, I got a regular job, I train 3 days a week and I eat whatever I like. The key is to keep a balance between nutrition and training .

The problem is that you came on asking people to ask you for advice when you aren't trained to give any.

Why not just join any thread and answer the questions people have?

There is one thing more dangerous than a trainer that thinks they know everything.

An unqualified trainer that thinks they know everything.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I'm not ever going to look like you with regular work and regular eating.

Classic. Because someone knows how to train, they believe they can actually train others based on their own results. Lol, I bet you just give advice on exercises YOU do and don't really know anything at all at how to train, say someone with scoliosis or lordosis.
