    -23C outside with a steep windchill on top so I dropped by the rec centre and my husband took the boys swimming at the same time. Exercise for everyone!

    @WandaVaughn I think @MobyCarp’s suggestion for coming back a good thing. However, as you are coming back from being ILL and not injured from running it’s possible you may be able to get back up to speed sotospeak quicker. I’d still stick to that basic plan though. Or do c25k swapping weeks for days.

    You’ll know what works for you and how strong you’re feeling. Key will be rest when you need to. Just REST dammit!!!

    I started off my week with Back & Chest. I had to drop weight a few times but I felt like a badass after. Now I'm pacing to get a few more steps in before I get back to working on my biz. Been sitting most of the afternoon and gonna sit some more while making some art. Or attempting to :D:D:D

    Trying to get ahead of the game and start 2018 with a bang! *kitten* anxiety lol
