Days Streak Reset

Hey, I'm using this app from November 14th.
But 3 days back number of days on streak got reset.!
How can I change it ? and this app is bit laggy too is it normal to everyone ? application is like this laggy or what ?!

    Did you log in 3 days ago? If you don't log in it will break your streak. If you did log in there's a link to reset it. Someone will probably post it or you can look in the troubleshooting forum.
