hi! My name is Deb and i am kinda new at this fitness stuff but have been forever fighting the 'battle of the bulge'. i am currently 58yrs young but live a fairly sedentary lifestyle. i have always been a bit heavy but 5 yrs ago i was forced (by health) to quit smoking and OMG the lbs piled on! so now i am looking at 110lb to loose. i have been using the app for a couple months now and trying to keep my caloric intake low (1200) but have only lost the first 10 lbs. started an aerobics class and a weight training class recently so i am hoping it will help me drop even further. i am not using a step counter or anything but just my sheer willpower and support of my family
