Food Sensitivities

I had a food sensitivity test done recently and it came back with; bran, gluten, pineapple, potatoes and wheat (levels 0.21 -0.23, class 1 sensitivities. Classes range 1-3). Should I stop eating these completely now or are they alright in smaller quantities? I have not been told anything by my DR and cannot get a hold of him to go over this. So frustrated. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you

I'm sure your doctor will contact you as soon as possible.

You could easily cut those things out while you wait if you wanted to do so.

Cut them out in the meantime until you connect with your doctor. You can always try them one at a time to see if they're a sometimes food or never....unless if one gives you severe reactions, in which case you should just stay away.
