I assume you are counting calories here in MFP? Pre-log. You can fulfill that need to satisfy your sweet tooth with a little planning ahead of time.

You can't control your desires, but you can control what you do. Reducing temptation, eating well, and stopping demonizing favorite foods, have been the most important steps for me to feel more relaxed around food.

You can mainline sugar and still lose weight as long as you manage your calories. So, you should make an effort to get your portion sizes under control, and you should leave a little room in your calorie budget for sweets. That's because weight loss (and maintenance of that loss) is a long term kind of thing, and you'll be more successful in the long term if you take an approach of moderation not austerity.

The more sweets I eat, the more I want, and vice versa.

I found upping protein and fruit, while decreasing higher calories sweets like baked goods, helped my sweet tooth tremendously.

Eat within your MFP calorie allotment. Input your meals and save some calories for dessert. There's nothing evil about a piece of pie, you just have to plan for it and eat accordingly.

If you like hot tea, then Republic of Tea makes some really good chocolate teas. http://www.republicoftea.com/chocolate-teas/c/flav_choc/

Note: I am not affiliated with Republic of Tea, just a guy who really enjoys their chocolate teas! :)

I have a sweet tooth. I find fruit helps. At least I'm getting some fibre and vitamins with it. I used to have brown sugar on my breakfast cereal and I'd been doing that since I was a child. Now I have replaced the sugar with strawberries and walnuts, and I've found I actually prefer it.

I have two coffees a day mixed in with a low calorie chocolate powder and I find that satisfying. I usually have fruit for morning and afternoon snacks as well, and occasionally chew on gum if I'm feeling snacky but know I'm not actually hungry.

I still eat something like chocolate or cookies most days, but I save them as a treat for after dinner, firstly, so that I avoid eating them when I'm hungry (which helps me with portion control) and secondly, so that it remains the only time of day that I eat them. I stick to a small amount and always pre-log it. So far these things all seem to be helping.

Eat it! Eat a sweet. :) Eat it within your calories. Usual disclaimer: don't eat 1800 or whatever calories of Ho-Hos and Mountain Dew exclusively, get some nutrition in there first, yadda yadda (you know the drill).

Twinkles dipped in Greek yogurt FTW. Besides, look what great and it gives you.

I mixed melted dark chocolate, date paste, carob powder and coconut flour together and made small balls. When I want something sweet I have one or two. It's a healthy alternative to the garbage I was putting into my mouth from the supermarket. You can also make some fruit leather or dehydrated fruit chips.
