My Weight is Literally FLUCTUATING?

Hey guys. I've been on the program for a coupe of months this is just a new account and is my first post. For the past days, I weigh myself in the mornings. Once i went from my starting weight from 176 to 173 in a week. Then 173 to 170. Two days later, I's back to 175. Am I doing something wrong, I'm pretty sure I'm not weighing myself incorrectly.

This is very normal. Weight goes up and down all the time. Water and solid waste can be several pounds +-

    This.

And stop weighing yourself everyday. Changes happen in your weight.. it's natural... relax.

I read someone on here post that weight loss isn't linear. Mine goes up and down, but slowly, the highs aren't as high and the lows get lower.

Stop with the OCD nonsense. Weigh yourself once a week. Keep your calories in check and keep going.

That is a little thing called water weight my friend. Let me guess, the days after you most taxing workouts are the days you see the drops whike the less taxing days you see the gain?

Yeah, I weighed myself daily for like 3 days and day two I was 2lbs heavier than day one, and day three I was 1lb lighter than day two. I now just weigh myself every week.

It is true - but I still weigh every day because I love graphs (total geek here!) So, once you understand your body's normal fluctuations you can control the swings a little better (like if you eat a bunch of salt today and weigh more tomorrow, you'll know why). Overall the trend should be downward...the more data you have, the better you can evaluate your habits and needs.
