Just to introduce myself

Hi... you can call me Charlie, I'm middle aged, divorced and proud mother of two, let me warn you, one of them is a boston terrier, I have lost and gained the same weight over and over. I have about 100 pounds to lose again. I know I can lose it if I can just get started. Once I lose it I have to keep it off this time, My weaknesses include drinking pop all the time, I don't want to work out (when I get home from working all day I just can't push myself to work out) and I love to eat. My strengths are I'm very active (busy) working full time so don't sit around all day, I know how to eat, drink and exercise to lose the weight again and financially can afford to eat healthy and belong to a gym. My plan is to keep my food diary and exercise diary every day. I will exercise at the gym 3 to 5 days week for 20 minuts. I will drink 8 glasses of water per day and if I'm able to drink the 5 glasses of water and want to drink one pop i can. I will stay within my calories i'm allowed to eat and drink. I will post on here each day but not waste my day on here. Instead I will keep up with my responsibilities at home and on the job, exercise and live my life.

hi Charlie nice post. I have often tried to lose weight over the last 15 years but never got very far. So far on this program i am finding it very motivating and pretty easy to stick to. Its also motivating me to do more exercise so i can get a few calorie credits. My goal is to lose 26kgs (60lbs). Good luck to you - and yeah lets make it a permanent change.
