Sugar cravings

I’m starting with MFP again. I get bored of tracking calories then eat badly again. Right now I’m craving sugar badly at night, after 9pm. I will eat some type of chocolate, then later I want more. If I crave something, I think about it until i crave. How can I curb these sugar cravings? I read it may be vitamin deficiency but I would rather not take supplements. I take enough prescription medications due to medical issues as it is. But, if that’s the only way to stop, I’ll do it. I need to overcome this challenge. Thank you in advance.

    I have sugartooth, the only way I am able to stay off sugar for the past 4 weeks is to give up Sugar. I do not touch anything which has sugar added to it, it means 80% of products there, this includes artificial sweeteners, instead I have a banana, pomegranate or fruit. It would be take discipline for two-three day’s. The drawback and the good is you have to prepare your own meals. Hope this helps as this might not be what you want to read.
