Hey guys,

Is there any setting or something that will not alter my daily calories when I work out? I really am not fond of it adding calories because I've burned them.

I dont think so, I would just not add your exercise or just look at the calories consumed instead of total calories. That's what I do,

Or you can set your calories burned to say 1. Then it doesn't make much difference. But isn't nearly as impressive...

You could also do quick add calories only for "food" that equals the total of your exercise calories so it balances out.

Add them at the end of the day, once you are done with eating.

Maybe just add them to exercise notes instead of the cardiovascular or strength section. That way it will still keep a record but not affect you calories if thats a issue.

This is what I've started doing. I can note how much I've burned for my own reference, but it doesn't change my daily calorie allowance. I have my calories set to a # based off of how frequently/intensely I work out, so I don't want any additional calories included.
  • Thanks for the feedback, I think I'll go the note route. I just like having a clear record of my calories consumed without it tinkering with it lol.
