What macro do you struggle to hit? For me on a bulk it's usually protein...carbs and fat are easy lol

Greek yogurt, stir in some chocolate protein and powdered PB

Oats, stir in some chocolate protein and powdered PB. Add water and put in the fridge overnight. If you're going to microwave it, add the protein after or it will almost bake.

You don't have to eat the same food everyday.. it gets too boring. I just eat in a surplus.. hit my protein and fat macros, eat mostly nutrient dense food, and lots of treats. I do make some swaps when I'm bulking vs cutting.. pasta for zoodles, more carbs at lunch, protein mug cakes for protein bars, higher portions at dinner, etc

What she said. I kind of have my go-to protein, fat and carb sources and switch them up as I get bored.

An unpopular opinion around here - but I eat what I want and fill in any needed gaps with liquid calories. I concentrate on my protein goals and everything else usually falls into place by a frew percentage points. Some days I just need a little liquid assistance - others quite a bit more. Depends on what I feel like eating that day. ;)

Hey my last bulk smoothies made up at least 1/4 of my intake somedays.. I just didn't have time or the stomach to eat that much! Hit my goals.. nothing wrong with that at all

Yeah, same with me. Last night was a great example. Some days my appetite just says "fark you, no more fud" even though I'm way short of my goals. Hard to keep stuffing solid foods down my throat when every bite elicits a gag reflex. So, out comes the blender.

I'm weird - actually looking forward to starting my cut next month. It's going to be interesting feeling hungry again and enjoying eating. It's been almost a year long bulk. Yeah, a year. lol

Pizza, burgers, ice cream, peanut butter. If you're hitting protein and getting adequate micros you should be enjoying the freedom that bulking gives you to eat whatever.

Ya don’t be afraid to mix it up. There are a lot of good sources of protein out there. Why just stick to one or two? Same with carbs and fats. Just keep a healthy balance and you’re good buddy
