If you mean in pill form the only ones that work contain substances that are banned due to being proven to damage liver, kidneys, and even cause heart problems.
The only way to burn fat is to eat less calories than your body needs.2 -
I agree CICO. Zumba seems to help me a lot with my numbers paired w diet.1

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) works best for me as well as making sure I'm in a calorie deficit. I've learned that I can't out exercise my mouth. My challenge with HIIT is it's hard and I don't like to do it. But I found a gym with an Indoor Rowing Class (they also do group spinning on bikes). Indoor Rowing on an ERG can be really challenging and is a full body but low impact workout. I wear a heart monitor and often see my heart rate in the 150's to 170's (but only for short periods of time hence the word Interval). Cross Fit, Orange Therapy and other types of workouts are HIIT also. Find one you like to do. As I said this is what works best for me and good luck with finding what works best for you!0
