New to Social Part of MFP - On a Mission

Hey ya'll - I started using MFP awhile back but I didn't realize it had this whole social networking aspect to it! Please feel free to add me. I started my weight loss mission at the end of February this year. The pounds are slow going but I have been impressed by the inches. I don't diet, just everything in moderation and I work out once a day, sometimes twice depending on my energy level. I have 7 weeks to really show so big results to win a competition at my gym. My ultimate goal is to lose at least 100 lbs from this point.

Any tips on workouts are greatly appreciated as well - or even maybe how to wean off coffee!!
